Thanks to more than a hundred mechanical and computer-operated machines as well as 50 qualified employees we are able to produce precision springs not only as standard versions but also according to your specifications. Materials can be customized just like spring shape, spring ends, surface treatment and so on.

Lowest tolerances

Our compression springs feature lowest tolerances (< grade 1). Each batch is tested for quality across several steps with different checkweighers and measuring instruments to ensure that all springs contained are identical.

Compression springs with tight spring index are another specialty. This allows for components to be built smaller with a simultaneous increase in power transmission.

We process all common materials according to DIN EN 10270 as well as special materials such as Hastelloy, Nimonic and so on. Since we stock several hundred tons of spring steel wire in our warehouse we can deliver compression springs, torsion springs, leaf springs, bent wire parts, rings and snap rings in minimum time.
